Heater fails to start

The most common issue with air heaters is trouble starting up. In most cases, this comes down to a fuel supply problem.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Inspect the fuel lines.
Look for air bubbles, leaks, damage, sharp bends, or kinks. Try manually priming the fuel lines (a syringe works well for this) to remove any air bubbles or airlocks and ensure the lines are filled with fresh fuel.

  2. Check ventilation.
Make sure the heater is drawing air from a well-ventilated area. If the unit is enclosed in a tight or poorly ventilated space, it can cause performance issues or prevent startup.

  3. Verify power connections.
Double-check that the wiring harness is securely connected to the power supply.

If the heater still doesn’t start, please take detailed photos of your installation and submit a customer support form on our website so our team can assist you further.
