Heater fails to start

The most common issue with air heaters is that the heater has problems starting up properly. This happens mostly due to fuel supply issues.

  • First thing to check is the fuel lines for any air bubbles, leaks, damage, sharp bends, and kinks. Manually priming the fuel lines with a tool such as a syringe would help to remove all of the air bubbles or airlocks, providing the fuel lines with fresh fuel.
  • Secondly, ensure the heater is able to draw air from a well-ventilated space. Enclosing a heater in a space that is poorly ventilated can potentially cause various problems.
  • Third, make sure that the wiring harness is properly connected to a power supply.

If the heater still won't start, please take detailed pictures of the installation and fill out a customer support form on our website.
