Warranty Policy for Serviced Heaters

  1. Scope of Warranty
All previously used heaters that have been serviced, diagnosed, or repaired by our authorized technicians are covered by a limited 1-year (12-month) warranty from the date of service.

Important: This is a LIMITED WARRANTY and applies exclusively to the specific parts replaced and the labor performed during the documented service. It does not constitute a full-unit or bumper-to-bumper warranty and does not reset, extend, or replace any original manufacturer warranty.

  2. Conditions for Warranty Validity
For the warranty to remain valid, the heater must be:
    • Professionally Installed
Installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s technical specifications and all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations by a licensed technician or an installer authorized or approved by the heater manufacturer or by us.
    • Properly Maintained
Operated and maintained in accordance with the official user manual and recommended service intervals.
    • Tamper-Free
The unit must not have been opened, modified, or repaired by any third party or the customer after our service.

  3. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This warranty shall be void or inapplicable in the following cases:
    • External Factors
Damage resulting from contaminated or incorrect fuel, power surges, voltage fluctuations, improper power supply, or water ingress.
    • Installation Failures
Faults caused by improper ducting, poor ventilation, incorrect mounting, or installation errors performed by third parties.
    • Normal Wear and Tear
Consumables and wear items (including but not limited to filters, glow plugs, gaskets, seals) are excluded unless they were specifically replaced during the service and are found to have a manufacturing defect.
    • Misuse or Abuse
Physical damage, neglect, improper use, or operation in environments exceeding the heater’s design limits.

  4. Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of this limited warranty.

  5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, downtime, or commercial losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  6. Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact our support team with your invoice and heater serial number, and we will be happy to assist.
