Who should I contact for warranty service?

For heater warranty service or warranty-related questions, please first contact your local Eberspächer or Webasto authorized service center which you can locate through the following links:

If the fault is confirmed to not be installation related the service points should cover any warranty repair costs. But always remember to first confirm with the service point if they offer such service to avoid being asked to cover the repairs yourself afterwards.
