Who should I contact for Eberspacher warranty service?
Heatso is an official authorized Eberspächer North America dealer. Eberspächer/Espar heaters purchased from Heatso are covered by the applicable Eberspächer North America manufacturer warranty, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and installation requirements.
If your heater requires warranty service, you have two options:
- Contact Heatso and we can help you determine the appropriate next step.
- Visit an authorized Ebersapcher service point near you for diagnostics and warranty service.
Because the warranty is backed by Eberspächer North America, eligible warranty service is handled through the authorized Eberspächer service network. You do not need to return to Heatso for warranty service if another authorized service point is more convenient.
We recommend contacting the service point before visiting to confirm that they can perform warranty service for your heater model and to ask what documentation they require.
Keep your Heatso proof of purchase, heater serial number, and installation documentation, as these may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.

Webasto products purchased from Heatso are covered by the applicable Webasto manufacturer warranty, subject to Webasto's warranty terms and installation requirements.
For warranty diagnosis and service, we recommend contacting an authorized Webasto service center near you first. Webasto warranty claims are handled through its authorized dealer and service network, so a local authorized center is usually the most direct option.
