Which products are covered by the warranty and for how long?

All parts and appliances are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

Eberspacher and Webasto heaters and heater kits include a standard 2-year warranty. Warranty coverage is valid for up to 2,000 hours of operation or the stated warranty period, whichever comes first.

Extended warranty coverage is not available for equipment used in industrial applications, including but not limited to drilling operations or heavy-duty usage cycles.

Warranty coverage does not include labor costs related to installation, removal, refitting, or troubleshooting of heaters, parts, or appliances. The warranty also does not cover any incidental, indirect, or consequential costs or expenses that may be incurred.
