Which products are covered by the warranty and for how long?

Unless a different manufacturer warranty applies, parts and appliances purchased from Heatso are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Eberspacher and Webasto heaters and heater kits are covered by their applicable manufacturer-backed warranty. The standard warranty period is 2 years or up to 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

For Eberspacher products, qualifying warranty coverage is backed by Eberspacher North America and warranty service is available through the authorized Eberspacher service network.

For Webasto products, qualifying warranty coverage is backed by Webasto and warranty service is handled through the authorized Webasto dealer and service network.

Warranty coverage does not include labor or other costs associated with installation, removal, refitting, or troubleshooting unless specifically covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Incidental, indirect, and consequential costs or expenses are also excluded where permitted by the applicable warranty.

Equipment used in certain industrial or heavy-duty applications, including drilling operations or unusually demanding duty cycles, may be subject to different warranty terms or exclusions. Please check the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms for your product and application.

Extended warranty coverage is not available for equipment used in industrial applications, including but not limited to drilling operations or heavy-duty usage cycles.
