Can I service the heater myself?

Heaters, parts, and appliances can be installed by customers; however, installation and servicing by an authorized or professional installer is strongly recommended.

While some customers successfully install heaters themselves, experience shows that self-installed systems often require extended troubleshooting and follow-up support from authorized dealers due to wiring, fuel, exhaust, or configuration issues.

Please note that manufacturer warranty approval may be denied if a heater or related part was not installed by an approved or authorized installer.

For removal or refitting of a heater, we recommend contacting a local authorized dealer or professional installer. If you are unable to locate one, please contact us and we will do our best to recommend a local partner.

Warranty coverage does not include labor costs related to installation, removal, refitting, or troubleshooting of heaters, parts, or appliances.
