Does installing the heater yourself void the warranty?

When purchasing directly from Heatso, we don’t recommend self-installation unless you have a technical background.

Every heater purchase includes a 2-year (or 2,000-hour) warranty. You can install the unit yourself, and it will still be covered for manufacturing defects or errors.

However, please note that the Heatso warranty does not cover end-user installation faults.
