Should I power my heater with the starter battery or the auxiliary power system?
If you plan to run the heater for long periods (like overnight), we recommend connecting it to an auxiliary power supply. This prevents the heater from draining your main battery.
If you only intend to run the heater for a few hours, connecting it to the starter battery is possible, but using an auxiliary power supply is still the safer option.
