Will the SG 1553 12V controller work with older Spheros heaters?
The Spheros SG 1553 12 V controller works with newer high-powered AquaHot and HydroHot units.
Check the manufacturing date on your heater’s silver label — if it’s earlier than 2001/2002, this controller will not be compatible.
