Fault Code: Heater Lockout

This code indicates the heater locked out after too many unsuccessful startup attempts.

To resolve:

1. Perform a soft reset by removing the main heater fuse (leave the controller fuse connected).

2. Wait 10 seconds, then reinsert the main fuse.
