HEX: 97 - Gradient undershooting during start

Fault Details:

Overheat sensor position wrong (temperature gradient too low).

Recommended Solution:

  1. Check the position of the overheating sensor.
  2. Check the fuel supply system. Check the electrical side of the fuel pump and fuel delivery system, starting from the fuel tank to the heater unit. Check for air bubbles in the fuel lines. Check connections if they are pushed in all the way, no gaps. State of the fuel line and connections.
