HEX: 97 - Gradient undershooting during start

Fault Details:

  • The overheat sensor is in the wrong position, causing the temperature gradient to be too low.

Recommended Solution:

  1. Verify the position of the overheat sensor.

  2. Inspect the fuel supply system and the electrical connections of the fuel pump from the fuel tank to the heater.

  3. Check for air bubbles in the fuel lines.

  4. Ensure all connections are fully seated, with no gaps, and that the fuel lines and fittings are in good condition.
