HEX: 83 - Flame failure

Fault Details:

Flame interruption during combustion operation, more than FAZ (EEPROM) times.

Recommended Solution:

1. Inspect the air intake and exhaust systems – look for blockages, bends, or kinks in the hose.

2. Check fuel line connections, check for damage.

3. Check fuel pump – perform bench test on the fuel pump by applying 12V to fuel pump pins in 1-second intervals. Seek for pump clicks.

4. Check the glow plug for damage/cracks, or soot. Inspect cables and plugs for oxidation.
