HEX: 06 - Heating unit overheated

Fault Details:

Overheat protection has been activated, or the temperature at the heat exchanger has exceeded the upper limit.

Recommended Solution:

1. Check for fault in air intake/blow-out side on the heater for debris or blockages, check exhaust system – max length not exceeded, not bent, blocked/clogged.

2. Check fuel line connections, check for damage.

3. Check fuel pump – perform bench test on the fuel pump by applying 12V to fuel pump pins in 1-second intervals. Seek for pump clicks.
