Requesting a return/refund

In order to get a refund, you would first need to ensure you are trying to return an item in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Note that we accept returns within 14 days after the order has been received, but the refund would be susceptible to a 10% (20% for larger items) restocking fee and a 3.5% credit card fee. Please review the Terms and Conditions and after ensuring your order meets the return criteria use the contact form or email us directly at support@heatso.com and make sure to include the order number as well as the reason why you wish to return the product, additionally please attach an image of the unused product.
